On the morning of autumn solstic Day, the courtyard of "Dwarf" was brightly painted with fruits, vegetables and flowers. Today we experimented, created and enjoyed. We counted, measured and compared. Tasting started within the framework of the winter stock competition, with the jury compiling and evaluating the most interesting recipes. We have started this year's journey through the festivities, surviving, enjoying and tasting them.
To prove their contribution to kindergarden life , which I remember every day, this year's young volunteers, Alessia, Annette and Christoph Franz, planted a tree in the "Rūķītis" garden. Thanks to Artūra and Madara father Ģirts Vilks who helped to realize the children's idea of an insect house by taking care of materials, planning, designing and building! In kindergarten work, we regularly plan the opportunity for students to get acquainted with less common professions. Last year they were the professions of meteorologist and forester. As part of the project, the 5-year-old group "Hedgehogs" prepared Easter greetings and sent them by post to partner schools in Croatia, Bulgaria, Poland and Lithuania.
